It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raphael Andrew Simon of Paradise Valley, Arizona, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Simon and Maria Simon (Kubik); and his brother Norbert. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Portmann; and his children, Richard (Priscilla), Robert (Susan Chaka), David (Lindsay), Steve (Beth), Paul (Carol) and Alyce (Tom). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
