It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Lawrence Carlson (Paradise Valley, Arizona), born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Carlson and Ruth Carlson; his friend Phil; his son Phil; his wife Bonnie; his children, Brian Carlson (Kimberley) of Brooklyn, NY and Barbara Kalwajtys (Raymond) of Elmwood Park, IL; his grandchildren, Veronica Kalwajtys of Forest Park, IL and Michael Kalwajtys of Lansing, MI; and his brother Dr. Kenneth Carlson of Clinton, IA.. He is also survived by children and their spouses and children.
