He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter DeLong and Emilie DeLong. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Atkins of Indianapolis, Indiana.; his wife Patricia A. "Patsy" DeLong; his children, Theodore A. DeLong (Kelli Brogan) and Elizabeth Suto; his grandchildren, Amy Suto and Daniel Suto; and also John Suto.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Christ Church of the Ascension Memorial Fund.
