She was predeceased by: her husband Jack White; her brother Bill O'Neal (Virginia); and her children, Alvin Johnston and Doris of Drake, AJ. She is survived by: her children, James Johnston (Cathy), Hanne Hering (Larry), Jack White (Freda), Ruth Ravelich (Mike) and Dianna Samuels (Mark); and her grandchildren, Jeff, Roger Johnston, Jason, Bailey, Hayley, Busellato, Christopher Hering, Derrick, White-Wolff, Darby White, Isabella and Sabrina Samuels. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
