He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Antonieta Sillik; his parents, Lafal Sillik and Dolores Sillik; and his siblings, Evangelina Carl, Robert Sillik, George Sillik and William Sillik.

He is survived by: his children, Lupita Sillik, Dolores Sillik, Frank Sillik and Henry Sillik Jr.; and his sisters, Alice Hepner and Gloria Samaniego. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
