He was predeceased by: his parents, Adis Alonzo Durham and Susan Leone Ferrell; and his sisters, Verna Louise Schlinker, Nina Jean Farrington Tanner and Marvine Whitmer.
He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Louise Inman Stewart; his sons, Steve Durham (MaryLee) of Heber, Arizona and Mark Durham (Debbie) of Overguaard, Arizona; his brother William Durham (Linda) of Glendale, Arizona; and his stepchildren, Theresa "Joni" Fox, David and Jimmy Stewart. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
