He was predeceased by: his mother Ona Panka. He is survived by: his sister Lillian; his wife Anna; his children, John, Shelli, Tracy and Bethany; his grandchildren, Timothy, Terri, Jacob and Rebecca; his great grandchildren, Ella, Dora and Samantha; and his nieces, Diana and Nora.
