She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alice Allene (Rives) and Lavern Edgar "Ed" Riffe; her husband Frank L. Toney; her children, Jack Daily of Oro Valley, AZ, Jeff Toney and Joanne Toney Deville; her grandsons, John, Alex, Sam, Jay and Brooks; and her sisters, Sandra Newport (John), Martha Riffe, Jeannie Johnson West, Susan Suliburk (Bill) and Cindy Kirsch (Bruce). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and faithful friends.
The family requests that donations be made in Sarah Riffe Toney's memory to Friends of Aphasia, Barrow Neurological Institute or Monte Cassino School.
