She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cogniet and Edna Cogniet (Ward). She is survived by: her husband Pat; her siblings, Nancy Diamond (Andy) and Joe Cogniet (Patty); and her children, Coleen Wineinger (Ray), Stacey Moore (Gary) and Thomas L. Bull. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren with a host of nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Rose's name to Vista de la Montana United Methodist Church building fund.
