He is survived by: his sister Debra Rust (Mark); his daughters, Kristen Herrick Feazell (Scott) and Kimberley Loflin (Shaine); the mother of his children Dianne Thomas (Michael); his daughter Michelle Wurtsmith; his grandchildren, Ava, Haileigh (Abraham), Meadow, Piper, Emily and Joe; his stepgrandson Aidan; and his great grandchildren, Hadley and Noah. He is also survived by nephew, nieces, their spouses.
