He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, N. H. McKay, Sr. and Carrie Belle Davis McKay; his former wife Margaret Ann; his stepdaughter Jill; his wife Joan Swanson of Tucson; his daughter Pamela McKay Kenner (Ken); his grandchildren, Claude William IV, Bobby John, Kenneth Casey and Gavin Becker; his son Charles Andrew McKay (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Michael Andrew, Margaret Anna and Maya LiQian. He was also cherished by four great grandchildren, seven stepchildren.
The last several years of their marriage were challenged by Alzheimer's disease, until Corky sadly passed in 2012.
