She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Chulock and Wilmar Chulock. She is survived by: her husband Neil; her children, Jeremy Stephenson, Will Gaughan and Nina Duchin; her sister Karen Berebitsky; and her granddaughters, Emily Duchin and Hazel Stephenson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM at the Vistoso Funeral Home (2285 E Rancho Vistoso Blvd, Oro Valley, AZ 85755). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery - Marana (15950 N Luckett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at the Canyon Del Oro Bible Church (9200 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85704).
