He is survived by: his parents, Abraham Abelson and Artie Abelson; his wife Bobbi; his daughters, Beth Gentle, Richard Salvatore and Shari Remland; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Josh, Scott, Mikey and Alyssa; his sister Pearl Bookstein; and also Isabelle Abelson (Weiss). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
