She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Kelly; her grandchildren, Meghan Kelly and Frederick Kelly; and her parents, Raymond Heffernan and Anne Heffernan.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Kelly (Kerry), Raymond Kelly (Kelly), Michael Kelly (Patti) and Mary Beth Seamands. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed to any of Peggy's favorite charities, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The Shriners or Wounded Warriors.
