With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Richard Heer Sr. in Oro Valley, Arizona, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Heater Heer and Fred Heer; his wife Peggy Lawrence Heer; and his siblings, Caspar Fred of Missouri, Marguerite Anderson, Helen Porter and Frances England of Missouri.
He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Sue Lawrence; his children, John Richard Heer Jr. (Pollyanna) of Gulf Breeze and Becky Heer Linker (Brent) of Tucson; his granddaughters, Sarah Parten (Dex), Rachael Wahlgreen, Emily Ryan (Garrett), Rebecca Wahlgreen and Caroline Wahlgreen; and his great grandchildren, Weston and Olivia Parten.
