He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Polly Aten (Carwile); his children, Wendy Mayo (Ryan) of Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Tyler Aten (Lissette) of Tucson, Arizona; his brother Rudy Aten (Carol) of Galesburg, Illinois; his grandchildren, Billie Mayo, Lily and Wyatt; and his children, Barney, Tiki, Hogan, Mac and Willow.
