He was predeceased by: his father Robert; and his grandmothers, Helen, Kathryn and Wright. He is survived by: his daughter Elaina Nicole Hall; his brothers, Laura Hall of Bloomington, IN, James Hall and Jason Blair of New York City; and his mother Jackie Hall (Lloyd Orr) of Bloomington, IN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends.
