He is survived by: his wife Freja Cranston; his children, James Cranston (Christine) of Dallas, TX and Michelle Baker; his sister Barbara Frederick; his nieces, Tracy Osborne and Kelly Weedmann; and his nephew Barry Woodruff. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

“Freja I Have tried to send a number of emails to David but they keep saying that they can not deliver them and his c ell phone says that he is not picking up phone calls and to try later. Not sure why but I had a very strange feeling that something was not right guess we were always connected in a very strange way. Please accept my condolances I know what you are going thru as David likely told you Jim passed away on Oct 2 2020 This passed year has been a very had one on all of us.”
