He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Sarver Brock. He is survived by: his wife Tomie Jan Sarver of Tucson, Arizona; his siblings, Philishia LeBreton of Concord and Brian Velasquez of Tucson; his daughter Celeste Biles; his nieces, Kourtney Klein, Isabelle, Sydney LeBreton and Catlyn; and his nephew Nathanial Thomas.
