She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Betty Baldwin; her daughters, Robin Budy and Kandi Horton; her grandchildren, Laurice Brewer, Joshua Budy, Whitney Asher, Alisha Budy and Jared Brewer; her great grandchildren, Logan Budy and Dahlia Budy; her husband John Brewer; her son Daryl Brewer; and her parents, Samuel Bass and Geneva Bass.
In lieu of flowers her daughters would ask a tribute donation be made to the Alzheimer's Association to further study dementia and other memory disorders.
