“So sad to hear that Geoff passed away so soon after retiring from the UMN. I met him many years ago at the bus stop on University Ave. We took the same 270 bus and walked together to the campus in the morning and back in the afternoon. My friends think that I walk fast but Geoff was much faster than me! My sympathy to the family. Pat Karasiewicz”
