He was predeceased by: his sister Ivette Acosta. He is survived by: his wife Perla Acosta; his children, Jacob Acosta, Tamika Acosta and Dominique Acosta; his mother Guadalupe Maken Acosta; and his brothers, Jesus Acosta, Pedro Eduardo Acosta and Steve Acosta.

In lieu of flowers, the Acosta famiily asks that you make a donation to help with his funeral expenses.
