He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rebecca G. Moreno; his children, Mario Moreno (Anita), Rudy Zaras (Eliza), Robert Moreno, Jesus Moreno (Myra), Sylvia Cota (Frank), Dolores Moreno, Becky Austin and Linda Moreno; and his siblings, Frank Moreno, Sofia Santa Cruz and Guadalupe Camacho. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
