He is survived by: his wife Emma Angelica Calixtro; his sons, Rene Alfonso Calixtro and Andre Thomas Calixtro; and his siblings, Frank (Yvette), Jose Luis (Daniela), Ricardo (Norma), Charlie (Rebecca), Roberto (Valeria), Lucy (Arturo) and Monica (Edward). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
