He is survived by: his wife Maria Teresa Valenzuela; his children, Francisco Eleazar Valenzuela (Bettina Damon), Juan Carlos Valenzuela, Sylvia Valenzuela (Oscar Armenta) and Teresita Valenzuela (Michael Segevan); his brother Mario Valenzuela; his grandchildren, Jose Carlos (Reyna), Isamaria (Robert), Eleazar (Angela), Daniel, Hayez, Michael Jr., Nicolas, Angel, Alejandra, Juan Carlos Jr., Mikayla, Dylan and Savannah; and his great grandchild Ivan Eleazar.
