He is survived by: his wife Mercedes V. Perez; his children, Humberto Perez Jr. (Michael Ann), Patricia Y. Perez (Julio Duarte) and Maritza Perez (Jose Solis); his siblings, Margarita Gerardo (Manuel), Francisca Rosas, Perla Santoyo and Juan Manuel Perez-Abreu (Delia); his grandchildren, Michelle Rene Jacquez (David), Melissa Renée Ramirez Perez (David Vindiola), Christopher Andre Perez (Taylor), Julio Humberto Duarte (Jessica) and Danitza Renée Perez (David Garcia); and his great grandchildren, Gregory Isaac Jacquez, Malakai Cory-Alexander Vindiola, Madison Harper-Zo Vindiola, Levi Anthony Perez, Ella Marie Duarte and Giovanni Gael Duarte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and many good friends.
