He is survived by: his wife Magdalena Simental; his children, Eduardo Simental (Robyn), Gerardo Simental (Miury), Edmund Simental (Lillian), Oscar Simental, Daniel Simental (Johanna) and Noemi Simental; and his brother Victoriano Simental. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
