He is survived by: his wife Mireya Cruz; his mother Pilar Cruz; his children, Alejandro Cornelio Cruz (Evette) and Daniela Ruiz Cruz (Adam); his siblings, Francisco Javier Cruz, Ramon Eberto Cruz, Jesus T. Cruz, Guadalupe Doolittle, Manuela Carrasco and Socorro Gallegos; his friend Enrique Sandoval; and his grandchildren, Alicia Esperanza, Alessandra, Ian Alejandro and Emerie Luna.
