He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipa Lizarraga Medina and Antonio Medina; his daughter Teresa Ortega; his sisters, Elvia Medina, Adriana Medina and Hermelinda Medina; and his grandsons, Angel Eduardo Medina, Antonio Medina Jr. and Little Hector Medina.
He is survived by: his wife Delia Medina; his children, Oscar Rodolfo Medina, Hector Medina, Antonio Medina Jr., Juan Pedro Talamante, Enrique Medina, Laura Medina Stafford, Claudia E. Medina, Elia Medina Felix, Ada Valencia, Elisa Medina, Dora Sandoval and Leticia Roseski; and his siblings, Enrique Medina, Francisco Lizarraga, Maria Luisa Medina and Ana Lizarraga. He is also survived by 52 Grandchildren, 35 Great Grandchildren.
