He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Holubik and Genevieve Holubik; and his siblings, Joe, Martin, Tony, Jerry, Frank, Victor and Lillian.
He is survived by: his wife Leona M LaBeau; his children, Barbara Holubik of Kingman, Arizona, John Holubik (Pat) of Saginaw, Michigan, Brenda Katz (David) of Wentzville, Missouri and Theresa Cullinane of Golden Valley, Arizona.; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Holubik (Jerry) and June Daly. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
