She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Worden and Gertrude Kelsey. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan M. Golembeski and Donna L. Forsythe; her son-in-law Richard L. Forsythe; and her grandchildren, Sheri L., Amy L. Lovell, Fred Lovell, Connie M. Jacobs, Roland E. Jacobs Jr., Jenifer L. Forsythe, Christine Forsythe, Richard W. Forsythe, Melissa Forsythe, Steven M. Forsythe and Lacey Forsythe. She is also survived by 36 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great-Great Grandchildren.
