He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ruth Richards Rogers; and his children, Cindy (Michael Hobby) and Joseph Rogers (Maria Farina).
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM.
