She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Gower and Inez Gower (Sowder); her husband Pat; and her brother Delano. She is survived by: her brother Dwight; her children, Carla (Wayne), Doug (Jonelle) and Patti (Mark); and her grandchildren, Jack, Rachel, Jackie, Kyle and Leland.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley- Dobson Home, a place where Jo was cared for in her final days.
