He is survived by: his brother Eagle Scouts; his children, Shannon Branson Fuller, Jessica, Benjamin, Harrison, Kennidy and Suqi Liu; his parents, Clifford Fuller and Carolyn Fuller; his siblings, Kempton Fuller (Cyndy), Denise Fuller, Christiane Fuller (Bryan Woerner) and Darrell Fuller (Rachel); and his friend Vernon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Vernon Fuller Memorial Fund at America First Credit Union.
