He is survived by: his wife Janet; his parents, Gertrude Heistad and Kermit Heistad; his sibling Waterford Wisconsin; his daughters, Kelly Roberts, Holly Ann Heistad and Heidi Heistad; his granddaughters, Sabrina Rene Roberts and Holly Nicole Roberts; his son-in-law Edward Roberts; and his siblings, Torrey Heistad (Lee Ann), Trina Fohr (Erich) and Ellen Hosafros (Edward). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
