She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacio G. Provencio and Maria Bailon Provencio; and her brothers, Isaac Sr., Saul, Ignacio Jr. and Paul.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rose Ann Provencio, Ada Jean Cooper, Jerry, Ben and Moses. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Redeemer Apostolic Church (200 E 1st St, Mesa, AZ 85201). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM. Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bunkers Garden Chapel (33 N Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ 85201). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Redeemer Apostolic Church (200 E 1st St, Mesa, AZ 85201).
