He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carmela and Joe; his wife Mary Martinez; his parents, Margaret Rincon and Manuel Martinez; his sister Rebecca; his grandson Bryan Padgett; and his great grandchild Denise Cazares.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Martinez, Susan Garay, Christine Murphy and Genine Telepak; and his siblings, Tommy Martinez, Dolly, Dina and Arleen. He is also survived by his family and friends.
