He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Charles Sr. and Marie Anna Nice (Luciano); and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Stacey L. Nice of Mesa, AZ; his children, Brittany Nice of Dunn, NC, Chelsie Cozine of La Grange, GA and Anthony Haerr of Springfield, OH.; his grandchildren, Kyle Nice, Makayla, Mackenzie Caudle, Aiden, Ashton Cozine, Ella and Elijah Bonner; and his brother Albert Jr..
