He is survived by: his spouse Marlene Karnes Vestal; his sons, Raymond Vestal, Jr of Mesa, Terry Ray Vestal of Cane Hill, Roy Leon Vestal of Denver and Charles Wayne Vestal of Kansas City; and his siblings, Lorene Prewitt, Lillian Bishop, Pat McElroy and Gary Vestal. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
