She is survived by: her parents, Elmer Armstrong of Wellington Kansas and Nelda Armstrong (Ward) of Wellington Kansas; her children, Gregory Lynn Hull and Debra Lea Massey; and her spouse Marion. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Ortell, daughter of Elmer and Nelda Armstrong (Ward) of Wellington Kansas, and widow of Marion Lee Hull (1975), passed away in Mesa after a 15-year struggle with Alzheimer's.
