It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Toliver of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Toliver; and her son Charles Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Janet Toliver, Steven Toliver and Elizabeth Rau (Toliver); and her extended family Norma. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
