She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Kubousek and Nora Kubousek; and her children, Charles Barton and Melissa Fortin. She is survived by: her grandsons, Nick Fortin of Buckfield, ME and Jack Fortin of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by three great granddaughters, a niece, and four nephews.
