With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mama Watson (Mesa, Arizona), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ambric Wallace and Lilly Virginia Johnson Wallace; her grandmother Learty Virginia "Big Mama" Johnson; her brother Fetchel; and her husband Donald Watson.
She is survived by: her brothers, James A. Wallace, Glenn E. Wallace and Major Butler; her children, Donald L. Watson, Sylvia A. Watson, William A. Watson, Samuel L. Watson, Deborah E. Simons and Daniel J. Watson; and her cousin Sandra. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
