We bid farewell to LaRene Jensen Call of Mesa, Arizona, born in Ogden, Utah, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 5, 2025 at the age of 84. LaRene Jensen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leo Jensen and Orlie Bird Jensen; her siblings, Cherie Painter, DeLoy Jensen and Kent Jensen; and her children, James and Julie Shill.
She is survived by: her brother Verl Jensen; her children, Ron Call (Debbie), Cherie Anderson (Joe) and David Call (Kristy); her son-in-law Curt Shill; her grandchildren, Ryan Shill (Melissalyn), Christie Shill, Jeffrey, Jeremy, Jacob Call, Sydney, Madeline, Howard, Audrey Anderson, Nixon and Canon Call; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Aurora Shill.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the LDS Church (422 E University Dr, Mesa, AZ 85203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
She often felt uncomfortable accepting charity of any kind, and she had a lot of pride in being independent, but she was always the first to volunteer to make a hot meal for a neighbor.
