He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Niccum and Guadalupe Sepulveda Niccum. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Niccum (Rodriguez). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Bliss.
