He was predeceased by: his mother Heidi Evans. He is survived by: his father Darren; his brothers, Zachary (Brittany) and Kenny Booth; his nephew Benjamin Booth; and his grandmothers, Kay Evans and Sharon Booth.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery (7900 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85207).
He was a generous soul by saving the lives of 3 women by donating his organs, and that was very important to him.
