Hazel is survived by: husband Arthur; children, Kathleen Eldridge and Ron Eldridge; grandchildren, Chantel Eldridge, Candice Eldridge and Ron Eldridge II; and children, Gabriel Markman, Zack Davis, Nick Davis, Michaela Fierros, Joshua Eldridge and Julia Eldridge.
