In the vast expanse of eternity, Gordon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gordon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray William and Helen Brock Shields; and his brothers, Lamar (Janet) and Clinton. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Sharon Reneer; his children, Shauna, Scott (Kimberly), Karin Myers (Mark) and Mark (Cami); and his brother Roger. He is also survived by Seventeen grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Building (1455 N Harris Dr, Mesa, AZ 85203). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
