He is survived by: his wife Lola K. Eichinger Ennis of Arizona; his children, Debra Doty (David) of Texas, Sandra Gobin of New Hampshire, Kim Colwell of Indiana, Sharon Pitchford of Arizona, Candy Hare of Colorado, Gary Cuthbertson (Debbie) of Colorado and Dean Cuthbertson (Wendy) of Arizona; and his siblings, Bill McCarty of Idaho, Stan McCarty of Tennessee, Anna Sinnet of Indiana and Sharon Colmone of Illinois.
