He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hoy and Grace Hoy; and his daughters, Vickie Hoy (Justin Mayo), Rachel Gibson and Annamarie Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Church (655 E University Dr, Mesa, AZ 85203).
